About Me
I work in IT/MSP, handling hands-on endpoint security, network administration, and client-facing incident response. My day-to-day covers everything from EDR alert triage to full tenant migrations, with a focus on keeping client environments secure and running.
What I Do
Managing endpoint security, network infrastructure, and Microsoft 365 environments across multiple client tenants. This includes incident response investigations, security tooling deployment and tuning, and building out automation to make recurring work faster and more consistent.
Endpoint Security
SentinelOne EDR — deployment, tuning, and alert investigation across client environments.
RMM & Automation
NinjaOne — scripting, patch management, and monitoring automation for client fleets.
M365 & Identity
Microsoft 365 and Entra ID administration, including sign-in log analysis and provisioning troubleshooting.
Security Tooling
Day-to-day work with a layered security stack: IronScales for email threat detection, BlackPoint for managed detection and response, and Bitwarden for credential management — alongside client onboarding and SOP documentation to keep processes consistent across the board.
